Full Casting Announced for LET'S LOVE Starring Aubrey Plaza At Atlantic Theater Company
Let’s Love! by Academy Award winner Ethan Coen and starring Aubrey Plaza has announced its full casting. Alongside Plaza will be Chris Bauer, Dylan Gelula, Dion Graham, Mary McCann, Nellie McKay, Noah Robbins, CJ Wilson, and Mary Wiseman.
The play begins performances on Sept. 25 with an official opening on Oct. 15, and will play a limited engagement through Nov. 9 at the Linda Gross Theater. It will be directed by Tony Award nominee and Atlantic Theater Company Artistic Director Neil Pepe.
Bauer is an Atlantic Theater company member who has been seen on screen and stage. Recently, he played Mitch in Streetcar Named Desire on Broadway. Gelula starred opposite Nicolas Cage in A24’s comedy Dream Scenario, and has been seen in Shithouse, which won the 2020 SXSW Grand Jury Prize.
Graham is best known from his work on HBO’s The Wire, and has been seen on Broadway in Machinal and Not About Nightingales. McCann, a founding member of Atlantic Theater Company, has performed in Atlantic productions such as The Welkin, On the Shore of the Wide World, Harper Regan, and Bluebird, among others.
McKay is a musician and co-created Off-Broadway’s Old Hats. Her music has been heard on Grey’s Anatomy, Mad Men, and NCIS, among others. Robbins is best known for his role in Netflix’s The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. His Broadway credits include his debut in Brighton Beach Memoirs, Arcadia, To Kill a Mockingbird, and most recently, Purlie Victorious.
On Broadway, Wilson has been seen in Bronx Bombers, The Big Knife, Festen, Henry IV, and The Best Man. He previously performed at Atlantic Theater in The Voysey Inheritance. Wiseman performed in Thérèse Raquin on Broadway, and Off-Broadway in The Skin of Our Teeth, Translations, Business Ideas, and more.
Let’s Love! is a trio of one act plays that explores love in all its miserable glory. It will feature sets by Riccardo Hernandez, costumes by Peggy Schnitzer, original compositions by Nellie McKay, casting by The Telsey Office: Will Cantler, CSA, Destiny Lily, CSA, and additional creative team members to be announced.
