G’day lads and lasses! The Scottish folk theatre fable The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart will return to The McKittrick Hotel after playing a critically acclaimed and extended run in 2017. Performances begin March 8 in the McKittrick’s Cable Car space, with an opening night set for March 20.

The show is a music-filled immersive adventure set inside a pub (a transformed Cable Car) for audiences to enjoy as the journey unfolds around them. In 2017 when it last played, the residency was extended three times due to popular demand and earned a Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience.

The new cast features Ewan Black, Charlene Boyd, Charlie West, Natali McCleary, and Gavin Jon Wright. Written by David Greig and directed by Wils Wilson, the production also includes design by Georgia McGuinness, movement by Janice Parker, and musical direction by Alasdair Macrae.

The National Theatre of Scotland production of The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart is created by Greig and Wilson, and produced by The Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh, and Double M Arts & Events.

Currently playing at the McKittrick is Sleep No More, Speakeasy Magic, and At The Illusionist's Table. For tickets and more information, click here
