Tom Holland Will Star In ROMEO AND JULIET On The West End This Spring

Spider-Man, Spider-Man, falls in love with a girl he can’t! Tom Holland will return to the stage this May. Holland will play Romeo in director Jamie Lloyd’s new West End production of Romeo & Juliet, which will play at the Duke of York’s theatre for 12 weeks starting May 11th.

This will be Holland’s  first major theatre role since his debut in Billy Elliot: The Musical. Holland Is most known for portraying Spider-man in the MCU, he has become one the most known young actors of his generation.

Director Jamie Lloyd most recently directed a completely new production of the musical Sunset Boulevard, starring Nicole Scherzinger. Following a sold-out run on the West End, it is set to transfer to Broadway. Lloyd will also be directing The Effect, which will open at The Shed next month.

Full casting for Romeo & Juliet will be announced at a later date.
