They’re the brightest stars! Beanie Feldstein, Ramin Karimloo, Jane Lynch, Jared Grimes, and the cast of Funny Girl celebrated their big Broadway opening night April 24 and Theatrely was on the scene at the August Wilson Theatre to capture it all.

The musical stars Feldstein as Fanny Brice, Karimloo as Nick Arnstein, Lynch as Rosie Brice, and Grimes as Eddie Ryan. Rounding out the cast are Peter Francis James, Ephie Aardema, Debra Cardona, Toni DiBuono, and Martin Moran. The ensemble features over 20 performers bringing the pizzazz of Zeigfield’s Follies to life on stage.

‍Funny Girl is directed by Michael Mayer and features choreography by Ellenore Scott and tap choreography by Ayodele Casel. Scenic design is by David Zinn, with costume design by Susan Hilferty, lighting design by Kevin Adams, and sound design by Brian Ronan.
