Drew Droege’s satirical play Messy White Gays is making its way Off-Broadway this fall. Droege himself will star alongside Tony Award nominee James Cusati-Moyer, Aaron Jackson, Zane Phillips, and Pete Zias. It will debut on Oct. 6, with opening night set for Nov. 2, at The Duke on 42nd Street.

Kris Kollins and Rachel Webb Will Star In World Premier Staged Production Of PURPLE RAIN
August 12, 2025
Initial casting for the pre-Broadway premier of Purple Rain has been announced. Musician/songwriter Kris Kollins will make his stage debut by starring as The Kid, and Rachel Webb will star opposite him as Apollonia. The production will run from Oct. 16 to Nov. 16 in Hennepin Arts’ State Theatre in Minneapolis.

The New York Botanical Garden is reviving its Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Light Train from Sept. 25 to Nov. 30 this year. The immersive nighttime experience — created by Adventurelive — transports visitors to Halloween Town and Christmas Town with brand new scenes, music, and video projections.
